Those individuals, who in addition to meeting the criteria stated above for an Active Member, also live outside the USA and currently hold membership in either ASHO or ESHO. The privileges of Active Members / International Associate shall include voting, holding office, membership on standing committees in the Society, discounted registration fees to the annual meeting, sponsorship of an abstract for presentation at the annual meeting. International Associates do not receive any IJH subscription benefit as ASHO and ESHO members already receive similar IJH subscription benefits.

Green Option. This membership is the same as the original Active Membership with the exception that a print subscription to IJH is NOT included as a benefit of membership. If you are short of shelf space or simply want to avoid the harvesting of trees to produce another issue of the journal, this could be the membership for you!

Those individuals who have made meritorious contributions to the field of hyperthermia in the laboratory and/or clinical setting, those who have an interest in hyperthermia, and/or those who have made other contributions considered the equivalent of such investigations. The privileges of Active Membership shall include voting, holding office, membership on standing committees in the Society, discounted registration fees to the annual meeting, sponsorship of an abstract for presentation at the annual meeting, online access to the International Journal of Hyperthermia - plus the option to receive a complimentary print subscription to IJH!

Green Option. Persons who have been Active Members for at least 10 years but have retired or become emeritus at their institution. Emeritus members shall have the voting privileges of Active Members; but shall not hold elected office. They may serve on standing committees, sponsor an abstract for presentation at the annual meeting, have online access to the International Journal of Hyperthermia – plus Emeritus members have the option to purchase a print subscription to IJH at the STM negotiated discount subscription rate. Requires approval of the membership committee.
